TAMPA, Florida -- Week 6 in Major Arena Soccer League 2 has a decidedly international and new flavor to it as Mexico City and the Soccer Central Blackhawks put plenty of MASL talent on display, while the OKC Certified Lions will do the same when they rematch against Soles De Sonora South of the border.

There are former MASL standouts all over the place this weekend, with both Mexico City and the Black Hawks, who play out of Watsonville, California, have stars like Diego Reynoso and Nelson Santana on their rosters. Sonora features the likes of Franck Tayou and Cristhian Sergura, and OKC can counter with Jose Penalver making the games must see events for league fans.

And the weekend is topped off by a MASL / MASL 2 doubleheader in Utica where United Elite Krajisnik will host the Salisbury Steaks followed by a showdown between Utica City FC and the San Diego Sockers.

This weekend is just a tasty appetizer for Week 7 which included what is sure to an early season grudge match as Mexico City travels to Sonora, a battle between undefeated teams in the Wichita Wings as they host the Iowa  Raptors, two home games for the Omaha Kings and the debut of the Mexico's third MASL 2 team, the Guadalajara Mariachis.
