TAMPA, Florida -- The Iowa Demon Hawks continue to be undefeated in looking to return to the top of the Major Arena Soccer League 2 mountain, and two teams in the South are setting up a couple of colossal end of the regular season showdowns as both the OKC Certified Lions and Mexico City are both 7-0 following Week 12 action.

Although Mexico City was idle, OKC kept pace with a solid 8-3 win over the visiting Guadalajara Mariachis, while the Demon Hawks dispatched the Wichita Wings in Wichita. The Omaha Kings may be springing to life with their second straight win as well.

Elsewhere, the Texas Spurs continue to improve with an OT win while. Turlock and Soccer Central split a home and home series. Severe winter weather in the Mid Atlantic region forced the postponement of the East Division Spice City home game in Danbury, Connecticut, against the FC Baltimore 1729

The East Division, where most teams have a heavily backloaded schedule, will start to heat up next weekend including the Harrisburg Heat hooking up with the Salisbury Steaks and Baltimore and United Elite Krajisnik colliding.
