TAMPA, Florida -- Two games, two thrillers to open the ninth season of Major Arena Soccer League 2 action.

Utica's United Elite Krajisnik rallied in the second half -- and got the game winner with just 29 seconds to play -- to nip FC Baltimore 1729 in a nailbiter this past weekend. United Elite advanced to the league's semi-finals last year, while Baltimore is in its first year. They serve as the official affiliate of the MASL Baltimore Blast while United Elite is the official affiliate of Utica City FC of the MASL.
Action heats up in the pre-Christmas weekend with action with the OKC Certified Lions officially playing their first ever regular season MASL 2 game at the new 4,500 seat OG&E Coliseum in downtown Oklahoma City. In addition, the Texas Spurs, under the guidance of former MASL coach Eddie Puskarich will open their first ever season at home, and the Omaha Kings return to 7,000 seat Baxter Arena for their move to the MASL pyramid of pro indoor soccer.
